We’ve kicked off a major renovation project in the heart of Colwyn Bay, North Wales. This iconic corner building is being transformed into 9 one-bedroom luxury apartments, all finished to a high specification. Alongside the residential conversion, a large 1900 ft² commercial unit with full-height glazed frontage is also available – offering fantastic visibility and footfall.
At Kevco Construction, we take on everything from Property Refurbishments and Home Renovations to full Structural Works. Thinking of renovating or converting a property? Contact us for a free, no-obligation quote.
