Here in Prestatyn North Wales we completely removed a fibreglass lining from a swimming pool which consisted of 4 layers of fibreglass. The swimming pool was then high pressure washed to remove all paint and loose material over 3 days.
The swimming pool was then primed, self levelled with specialist 2 part compound, primed again and the fitted with a tanking slurry and fibre glass mesh to give a one part flexible floor base. R12 rated non slip tiles were then installed to the base of the pool. The edge tiles were then removed and replaced by finger grip soft edge tiles which were fitted to the perimeter of the swimming pool.
